When you call a business, you expect someone to answer. We have a small business and cannot always get to the phone. ANSWER CONNECT IS THE ANSWER. We simply could not do business without you!
We have been using Answer Connect's services since July 2019 have absolutely NOTHING BUT POSITIVE to say about them. When our office phone rings, if we are unable to get to the call, Answer Connect has reliable professional staff that takes the call and schedules appointments for us 24/7/365! When we need to make changes to the call "script" (which is frequent) they are extremely responsive and super helpful!
